October Half term at A.P.p.l.e

Parent and guardians will need to register 

Children /young people to access the sessions and the equipment.

You will need to book Art and craft sessions.

You can register and book online here or collect a form from the ARTBLOCK

•    Social distancing and hand washing will be necessary.  
•    Sessions will not go ahead if it rains.
•    No one except staff will be allowed in the building.  
•    Children only will be allowed to use the toilet.
•    There will be refreshments each day.

 

TuesdayArt Sessions

Two 1 and a half hour sessions at 1pm and 3pm  
6 single tables and 4 sibling tables available for each session.
Registration and Booking required for this session 
1pm and 3pm class will be the same activity each day

 

Wednesday : Sports 

Equipment can be borrowed from 1 – 4.30 drop- in session. Children and young people  must be registered to borrow equipment but do not need to book. 

Thursday : Art Sessions (Halloween making )

Two 1 and a half hour sessions at 1pm and 3pm 
6 single tables and 4 sibling tables available for each session.
Registration and Booking required for this session 
1pm and 3pm class will be the same activity each day.

Friday : High School Halloween Party 

4pm - 6pm 30th October 
Halloween activities and food 
High schoolers- Book a table of up to 5 friends

(in your school bubble). 
Arrive dressed up with a facemask 

(decorated for Halloween)
Social distancing and hand washing will be necessary. No table mixing.

 

Saturday  :   Family Halloween Party

4pm - 6pm 31st October

Book a table for your family (max 6)
A night of art activities, quiz, games and food for families. 
•    Best Halloween Family Costumes – come dressed up with a face mask 
•    Best Decorated Table 
Adult supervision required with under 8’s.

Food and Art Packs

A.P.P.L.E  delivered food and art packs to our young people and local families in need during the Covid-19 lockdown.

Please do not attend if you or members of your family have symptoms of Covid-19 or have been in contact with someone with symptoms.

Children /young people and families will need to register and book to access the sessions and the equipment. Online or collect a form from the ARTBLOCK.

Sessions will be for over 8’s only as we have no space to accommodate younger children with adults.

No one except staff will be allowed in the building. 

Only Children will be allowed to use the toilet.

Sessions will not go ahead if it rains.

Children and Staff  will be asked to wash hands frequently.

Children and Staff will follow current government guidelines on social distancing.

Staff will be following current government guidelines on face covering.

Staff will be cleaning all equipment before and after each use.

Staff will be frequently completing full building cleans.
